Dressed Fish
Ingredients:
Fresh Fish: we’d recommend fresh hake, cod or salmon
Camo’s Honey Mustard Dressing
Potato
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
Pre-heat your oven or grill to 220 ° C. Next, prepare aluminium foil on a baking tray-be sure there is enough to fold over the fish and place your salmon on the foil.
Next, pour Camo’s Honey Mustard Dressing over the fish, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and finish with some parsley and fold it over your salmon
Pop it into your very hot pre-heated oven for 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through
Serve with a golden baked potato just like we do in the restaurant!
